Billionaire Art Collectors

Forbes has compiled a list of the top international art collectors, whose holdings are worth $700 million or more. Philip Niarchos, son of the late shipping mogul Stavros Niarchos, heads the list with $2 billion worth of masterpieces, ranging from Van Gogh to Basquiat. French luxury goods magnate Francois Pinault is listed second with $1.4 billion mostly invested in contemporary art. American’s Eli Broad, David Geffen, and Ronald Lauder round out the top five players, each at $1 billion.

    I am Satadru, an Fulbright scholar multi-faceted artists. Do painting ,sound and video Art . Done my New media Project at University California ,Santa Cruz in Digital Arts New Media (DANM)2007.
