    I’d love to see an old French film that stars a super young Gerard Depardieu called “going places” for the english speaking audience and les- “something” in it’s original french. I saw it about 35 years ago on HBO when cable was still in it’s infancy but have yet to see it run anywhere since. It was deemed to be France’s answer to “easy rider”.

      I don’t know the film but you could try imdb.com and enter Gerard Depardieu in the search box. All his films should be listed with french titles and the titles of all of the foreign (outside of France) releases.

        I found it – Les valseuses (1974) Gerard Depardieu plays a character called Jean-Claude in the film
